Erdevik is located 140m above sea level in the Western foothills of Fruska Gora in Serbia's Syrmia (Srem) wine region. This elevation, with the plains extending away to the south creates ideal conditions for producing ripe, fresh grapes.
Tamjanika is a local Serbian Muscat-type grape variety. Fermentation is in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation in old oak barrels. With just three months' ageing back in stainless steel this is a fresh wine intended to be drunk young.
A well-balanced wine with good acidity and typical varietal floral-fruity character and minerality in the finish. A wonderfully aromatic and bone dry wine
