Fratelli Berlucchi

Founded in 1927 by Antonio Berlucchi and his wife Antonia, Azienda Agricola Fratelli Berlucchi was later united by their five children. Known for innovation and tradition, it became Franciacorta’s first DOC in 1967. The family cultivates 70 hectares sustainably, harvesting grapes by hand. All winemaking takes place on the Borgonato estate. Today, their FRECCIANERA wines are distributed globally to top restaurants and shops across Europe, the U.S., China, Japan, and Central America.

Lombardy

Lombardy, a prominent wine region in northern Italy, is renowned for its diverse and high-quality wines. It features a range of climates, from the Alpine foothills to the Po Valley, contributing to a variety of wine styles. It is particularly famous for its sparkling wines, especially from the Franciacorta area, where the traditional method produces elegant, complex bubblies with fine perlage. The area also excels in robust reds from the Valtellina, made from Nebbiolo, and aromatic whites from the Lugana area, known for its fresh, citrusy notes. Lombardy combines traditional and innovative winemaking techniques, offering a rich and varied wine experience.
