A very small production from 1 hectare of Chardonnay in the Marne Valley, where the soil is mainly clay rather than chalk, giving the wine a generous mouthfeel. Stainless steel and full malolactic fermentation. Aromatic and complex on the nose. Floral and elegant with a rich, creamy core and a long, persistent finish.

Champagne Laurent Lequart

Champagne Laurent Lequart is a family estate located in Passy-Grigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley, Champagne. Passy-Grigny is situated on a natural limestone fault that gives freshness and elegance to the wines. The domain cultivates its vineyard with passion, a high respect of the terroir and environment for five generations. Since 1988 Laurent have practised sustainable vine growing. This house has been increasingly focussed on organic principles and with an output of roughly 80,000 bottles a year.
