This wine, 'L'idiot', the most recent addition to the already massively popular range and is comprised of 100% merlot. This generous wine is all about plump, ripe red fruit flavours. Think raspberry, red cherry and plum, finishing with a lick of mocha/chocolate character. Soft tannin and low acid keep this wine silky smooth and velvety. Served lightly chilled from the fridge L'idiot makes a fantastic pairing for barbecued meat, poultry dishes and soft cheese.
