Description

Deuric is a young winery located on the southern slopes of Fruska Gora in the Syrmia (Srem) region of Serbia, which has quickly risen to prominence and attained awards. The vineyards are at the meeting point between moderate continental and sub-continental climates, with position, shape, rainfall, prevailing winds and vegetation creating very specific, localised growing conditions all founded on magmatic, phyllite and limestone bedrock. Fermented for 7 days on the skin and spent 9 months in used Louis Latour barrels of 225L.
