This Manciat-Poncet Cremant de Bourgogne is produced using the Methode Traditionnelle resulting in an amazing sparkling wine that gives Champagne a run for its money. This French non-vintage sparkling wine is made in Burgundy and therefore called Cremant de Bourgogne. It's made from a beautiful blend of 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay and 20% Aligote, a traditional Burgundian white grape.
