Description

This wine comes from a plot located in Meloisey, in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. About 30 years old.

Shallow soil. On the surface, red earth, rather clayey then the layer of limestone is sometimes flush with the surface.

The vineyard covers 13 ha on the Côte de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, in the Bourgogne Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Hautes Côtes de Beaune white and red appellations, Auxey-Duresses (today 5 hectares, i.e., nearly 40% of their area), Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and St Aubin 1er cru "les Perrières".
