Description

Yann has been a purveyor of biodynamic practices during the last 15 years in Savoie and were previously employed at Chateau de Merande to help them convert the Domaine to biodynamic farming. He returned home in Haute Savoie to work with Dominique Belluard, a friend and a mentor. He starts Domaine Belema from scratch, first as a negoce before planting some of his own vines in the village in 2019.

The wine presents a fresh and invigorating profile, showcasing aromas of honeysuckle complemented by a hint of lime. On the palate, it is crisp and mineral-driven, featuring a lively acidity that awakens the senses. The wine’s purity and energy reflect the meticulous care taken in both the vineyard and the cellar, offering a vibrant expression of its alpine terroir.
