BOLLE Sparkling Rosé greets the senses with an expressive bouquet of white strawberry, red berries, blackcurrant, violet, and a hint of fresh herbs. Fine bubbles dance on the palate, delivering a dry, fresh flavour accented by a delicate minerality.

Bolle Drinks is a London-based producer of premium alcohol-free wines (under 0.5% ABV), founded by Italian oenologist Roberto Vanin. Its range spans sparkling Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, plus still Chardonnay, Chardonnay Reserve from de-alcoholised Burgundy, Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé. Core grapes come from La Mancha, with production in Rheinhessen. The distinctive step is a patent-pending second fermentation of the de-alcoholised base, rebuilding aroma, acidity and mouthfeel without added sugar or flavourings. Wine Enthusiast gave its sparkling Rosé 93 points.
