A striking natural white wine from Kakheti, Georgia, the Ikhalto Kisi-Khikhvi-Mtsvane Dry White 2020 is a blend of three indigenous grape varieties -Kisi, Khikhvi and Mtsvane - crafted using traditional minimal-intervention winemaking. Fermented on the skins in Qvevri clay amphorae, it shows aromas of grapefruit zest, stone fruit and wild herbs, followed by flavours of white peach, baked apple and gentle nuttiness. The palate is dry and well-structured, with lively acidity, a savoury edge and a long, mineral finish.
