Pardas

Celler Pardas is part of a new wave of Catalonian producers focused on terroir and indigenous grapes like Xarel.lo, Macabeo, and Sumoll. Founded in 1996 by Ramón Parera and Jordi Arnan, the project began with the purchase of the Can Comas estate in Alt Penedès. This medieval farmhouse is surrounded by 60 hectares of diverse landscapes. Their vineyards span three main sites with varied soils, from rocky clay to deep alluvial beds. Farming organically without irrigation, they prioritise balance and harmony with nature. Their wines, first released in 2004, authentically showcase the region's unique character.
