Ruby red in colour. The nose has clear notes of small red fruits, kirsch, mace, cinnamon and eucalyptus. The mouthfeel is voluminous but smooth and agile. In succession it turns out to be savoury, with a finish of spiced red berries. 100% Cagnulari aged in small oak barrels.
Pair with charcuterie, tomato-based pasta dishes, ragù, lamb and red meat.
