This elegant Langhe Nebbiolo offers a beautiful introduction to the noble grape of Barolo.

100% Nebbiolo sourced from the San Giacomo cru in the north-west of La Morra, where limestone-marl soils with touches of clay dominate. The vineyard lies adjacent to the prestigious crus of Bricco Cogni, Neirane, and Ascheri, as well as the border with Verduno. 

Simane expresses vibrant notes of sour cherry, wild strawberry, and crushed violets, underpinned by subtle hints of spice and dried herbs. It shows remarkable freshness and purity, with fine-grained tannins and a lively acidity that gives the wine real lift and precision. Aged in stainless steel to preserve its bright, youthful character, it is already drinking beautifully but has the structure to evolve gracefully over the next few years. A perfect match for charcuterie, grilled meats or simple pasta dishes.
