Pungent, meaty and curranty aromas with hints of cedar and spice. The palate shows all the elegance of Tempranillo, soft-bodied, smooth and velvety, with plenty of complexity and a strong core of fruit. Savoury and refined, with a long, gently spiced finish.

Valenciso was founded by Luis Valentín and Carmen Enciso in Ollauri, Rioja Alta. This Reserva is made purely from Tempranillo and aged in new French and American oak barriques before release.

Pair with red meats, strong cheeses or game pie.
