Made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the village of Ambonnay in the Montagne de Reims. It has a dosage of 9 g/L and was disgorged in 2022. All the fruit is classified as Grand Cru – the highest classification in Champagne.
The colour is a bright golden hue with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose is complex and inviting, with aromas of brioche, lemon curd, raspberry, almond, honeysuckle and chalk. The palate is dry, crisp and balanced, with a medium-plus body and a long finish. The flavours echo the nose, with added notes of white chocolate, grapefruit and spice.
