The palate is full-bodied and structured, with flavours of ripe fruit, leather, and tobacco. The tannins are well-integrated and the finish is long and lingering. This versatile blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache has seen 12 months of oak ageing. Pair with grilled meats, roasted poultry, or hearty pasta dishes. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an after-dinner drink.

A sustainable project where the grapes come from organic or biodynamic farming. Where all the equipment and other packaging are best suited to respecting our environment. The more winemakers there are to highlight this natural idea of soils and vines, the better the Rhône terroirs will be illustrated.

Southern Rhone
