Description

The second label wine of the domain, Cypres de Climens, was conceived in the same spirit of perfection as its illustrious sibling, but designed for more immediate pleasure without the wait.

The fruits of a second selection, or even from the first when there is no Chateau Climens, it receives the same care as the latter until bottling. Its production is therefore irregular too, even inexistent in certain years when nature inhibits the production of these noble sweet wines.

Cypres de Climens is the delectable wine for aperitifs, good food and epicureans. It expresses a spring-like character, a gushing temperament. Its nose is redolent of white flowers, mint, lime blossom, citrus fruit, apricot and spices. All delicacy and sensual seduction, it gives itself simply, showing a graceful and youthful lightness.
