The August 2012 acquisition of the total holdings of Leclerc Briant Roederer take over that mantle of the largest single biodynamic producer in Champagne with the company's total biodynamic and organically farmed land rising to 65ha in total. The wine spends 4 years in bottle before release adding complexity and character whereas many producers release their wines after 15 months the legal minimum ageing period.

With ripe pears, smokiness and spice accompanied by herbs and dried flowers.
