Description

The wine has a deep, brooding nose with notes of black cherry, spice, and liquorice. It is medium-bodied with a crunchy fruit and soft tannins. There is no oak showing in this recent Rhone addition. It pairs wonderfully with red meats in sauce and strong cheese.
