Domaine Nicolas Rossignol

Nicolas Rossignol is the 5th generation of winegrowers in Volnay. He has been winemaking on the family estate, Rossignol-Jeanniard, since 1994. In 1997, he began his own estate with 3 ha in the villages of Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton et Pernand-Vergelesses. Over the years he has expanded the estate to 17ha. The wines of the Nicolas Rossignol estate are produced using carefully sorted grapes from vineyards grown using traditional winemaking techniques inspired by biodynamics.
