Description

This unusual sparkling comes from South-West France and is made from ancient varietal Mauzac, with a little Chardonnay blended in.  It's made in the traditional method (like a Champagne) and has bright and fresh apple notes, with a lovely creaminess and a biscuity finish. Real quality at a great price.
