The champagne grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were purchased in Burgundy, transported to Odessa planted on specially selected micro-plots. The wine was made using 'Methode champenoise', so the process of ageing takes place directly in the bottle for 18 months. All stages of production are managed by the Institut Oenologique de Champagne. The small bubbles instantly turn to froth upon sampling. For every bottle sold, Other World Wines make a donation to charities helping to rebuild Ukraine.
