Description

This wine is dealcoholized.

Noughty Rose non-alcoholic organic vegan sparkling has been dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle. The grapes are raised in sandy and calcareous vineyards located in southern Spain. Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats then dealcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine undergoes a four-hour maceration and is then lightly carbonated.

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.

With 4g of sugar per 100ml, it has almost half the sugar content of other non-alcoholic sparkling. And with just 18 calories per glass, it's the perfect answer to a hangover-free celebration

Western Cape

South Africa's Western Cape is a premier wine region, renowned for its diverse and high-quality wines. It benefits from a Mediterranean climate with warm, sunny days and cooling ocean breezes, ideal for viticulture. Western Cape is famous for its full-bodied reds, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, which offer rich fruit flavours and well-structured tannins. The area also excels in producing crisp, refreshing whites, particularly from Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, known for their vibrant acidity and expressive fruit notes.
