Description

Twenty stories, twenty harvests, and a tribute to the oak that grows on its land. A symbol that represents the origin of a wine that is unique and unrepeatable by nature. Discover Coyam Limited Edition in its twentieth vintage.

Emiliana's iconic blend. This wine is hugely evocative of the best Chilean reds, largely down to Emiliana’s belief in Carménère which forms a third of this blend. The rest of the blend evolves each year but Carménère is the predominant profile. A nose of the very classically leafy Carménère and Cabernet family with some silky graphite tannins. Coyam gets fresher, brighter and more relevant every year, while remaining generous and structured. There are aromas of berries, cassis, and forest fruits delicately blended with saddle leather and vanilla notes. The palate offers well-balanced volume, soft, round tannins, and a long finish that shows both character and personality.

Emiliana

Emiliana, was one of the first certified organic and biodynamic wineries in South America. Established in 1986, Emiliana focuses on producing high-quality wines that reflect the purity and diversity of Chile's terroir. The estate’s vineyards, located in prestigious wine regions such as Casablanca, Colchagua, and Maipo, are cultivated using sustainable practices that enhance biodiversity and soil health.

Colchagua Valley

The Colchagua Valley, nestled within Chile’s larger Rapel Valley, is one of the country’s most prestigious wine regions, celebrated for its bold, sun-drenched red wines. Sheltered between the Andes and the Coastal Range, this valley benefits from a Mediterranean climate with warm days and cool nights, ideal for producing ripe yet balanced fruit. Colchagua is particularly renowned for its rich, full-bodied expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Syrah, and Malbec, though elegant whites from higher-altitude sites are also gaining attention. A mix of modern winemaking and deep-rooted tradition, the region is home to both historic estates and innovative boutique producers, all working to capture the valley’s diverse terroirs. With its consistent quality and dynamic character, Colchagua Valley continues to be a cornerstone of Chilean fine wine.
