A customer favourite. Gallimard is a grower Champagne house, producing wines made from their own vineyards located near the village of Les Riceys, in southern Aube. A combination of a southerly latitude, steep slopes and chalk soils result in sparkling wine is exceptional richness and concentration of flavour. 

Gallimard's Cuvee Reserve is a Blanc de Noir, 100% Pinot Noir, a generous style with lots of red berries, ripe citrus, and orchard fruit flavours. This is complemented by a gentle toastiness and creamy mousse. Exceptional value for money.
