Lisagathe - Located on the hillside, just above the Chateau du Hureau and its cave, the Lisagathe terroir deserves, without any doubt the highest rating amongst Saumur-Champignys. Made from the top plots of the property's finest parcels. The parcels' topsoil (with a higher percentage of fertile clay) is the reason why the silky and mellow tannins are so impressive. This is the Grand Cru from Chateau du Hureau.
