Tenuta di Capezzana, located in Tuscany’s Carmignano region, is one of Italy’s oldest and most historic wine estates, with a winemaking tradition dating back over 1,200 years. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve purity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, and aging is done in a mix of French oak barrels and larger casks.
