Gianni Storchi is farming following Biodynamic practices and this is truly a world class red ancestral . A blend of Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Maestri, Ancellotta it is wonderful with Mortadella, Cured Ham and Pizza. We’ve been a fan of these wines for some time and we’re delighted to finally have an allocation. The appellation is Reggiano Rosso.
