Description

Pikes make one of the world’s finest, most classic Rieslings in the Clare Valley: renowned as a prime location for this variety. In pursuit of natural purity and finesse, 100% free-run juice (no pressing) is used for this top-quality wine.

Vivid, bright and aromatic, and seems to leap out of the glass with fragrant white floral and kaffir lime character. Full of citrus and lime on the palate, it is intense and concentrated, with a hint of residual sugar balanced by mouth-watering acidity. The lingering finish is beautifully-balanced.

The perfect partner for spicy SE Asian dishes.
