This wine has a great distinction and complexity. It is made from the Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng grape varieties, which are grown on the clay-limestone terraces of the region. The Petit Courbu adds silkiness, body, and a mellow texture, along with floral notes and fruitiness, while the Petit Manseng adds minerality, richness, and rigour to the aromas. The wine is aged in 600-litre barrels, which imparts a subtle woodiness that is well-integrated, allowing the wine's character to shine through.
