Description

Dark purple in colour, with nice purple reflections.
A very expressive nose with aromas of jammed red fruits and savoury and earthy notes.

In the mouth, well coated tannins, with very present aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice. A well-balanced wine with a supple and silky finish.

To be served at 15/16°C
Pair with plate of cold cuts, grilled meats, roasted meats, strong cheese.

A blend of Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Caladoc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
