Description

Cramant, Chouilly, Villeneuve, Grauves, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize - Côte des Blancs. 100% Chardonnay - Blanc de Blancs.

Sigma, a name that tells of the richness of the blend, the particularity of this Blanc de Blancs champagne, representative of its chalky region

Beautiful nose, fresh and elegant. A real cocktail of white fruits, yuzu, jasmine, honey and acacia. The fine and delicate bubble envelops itself with a creamy and chalky texture. Its saline finish, with its low dosage, leaves a sensation of refreshing and sapid length.

The Valentin Leflaive story has its roots in the history of the Leflaive family in Puligny-Montrachet, which has been guided for several centuries by a love for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and the search for precision in the expression of Burgundy terroirs.

Daring to take risks has become the hallmark of Olivier Leflaive. Since 2015, a new chapter has been written in Oger, at the heart of the great terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, that of a Champagne de Lieux. Olivier chose the first name of his son Valentin, born in 2007, for this new, fresh and slightly offbeat project.
