Description

An unfiltered, wild-fermented skin contact wine reflecting Thrace’s vibrant terroir. Crafted with minimal intervention by a small family winery in northwestern Turkey, this skin-contact white was made from 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% old-vine Misket, the Anatolian clone of the perfumed muscat grape.

Hand-harvested grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts and 13 days of skin contact in stainless steel, bottled without fining, filtration or addition of sulphates.

On the nose, it bursts with peach, dried apricot, yellow flowers, camomile and orange zest. The palate is textured and almost tannic, with a mouthwatering grip, bright acidity, and a clean mineral finish—a truly gastronomic wine.
