Muscat of Spina is a clone of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, found around the community of Spina in Chania. The grapes for this wine come mostly from centenarian bush vines on black schist. The wine is intense, salty and mineral with a refreshing acidity reflecting the mountain site.
