An orange wine crafted from Vermentino grapes grown at 200 metres above sea level in the Maremma region.
The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with a maceration period of 2–3 weeks in open chestnut vats, followed by 18 months of ageing in oak barrels and an additional six months in the bottle.
In the glass, it displays a golden hue. The nose is characterised by intense aromas of apricot, tropical fruits, and raisins, complemented by citrus notes, particularly orange.
On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied, with pronounced tannins that provide structure. The finish is marked by a subtle acidity balanced by warmth and softness, with lingering notes of walnut and dried fruit.
This wine is produced according to natural methodologies without the use of chemical products, reflecting the winery's commitment to organic and biodynamic practices.
