A100% Sangiovese wine from the Maremma region, specifically from the Poggio a' Venti vineyard situated at 500 metres above sea level. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in open oak and chestnut vats, followed by 30 months of ageing in large oak barrels, and an additional six months in the bottle.
In the glass, it presents a dense ruby red colour. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, characteristic spices such as pepper, along with floral notes, herbs, and earthy undertones.
On the palate, it is structured yet highly drinkable, combining the saline qualities of Sangiovese with the Mediterranean intensity of the Tuscan coast. This wine is produced according to natural methodologies without the use of chemical products, reflecting the winery's commitment to organic and biodynamic practices.
