A lively, organic pet-nat crafted from the indigenous Romanian grape Fetească Regală in the Sarica-Niculitel region of Dobrogea. On the nose it offers aromas of green apple, grapefruit and bread crust, with a subtle yeasty note typical of pet-nat wines. The palate is fresh, intensely fruity and fragrant, with bright acidity and lively, restrained effervescence.
