Maxime Trijol started in 1859 in Saint-Martial-sur-Né, the heart of Cognac. Today, it has twenty-two 2,500-litre stills and grows its own vines. Unlike many, Maxime Trijol controls every step: grape growing, distillation, ageing, and bottling. This hands-on approach ensures high quality and reflects a family tradition of excellence passed down through generations.
