Biserno Campo di Sasso Insoglio del Cinghiale 2024 – From coastal Tuscany, this vibrant blend offers ripe blackberry, plum and Mediterranean herbs with polished tannins and a smooth finish.

Andre Perret Saint-Joseph 2024 – A beautifully poised northern-Rhone Syrah showing dark berries, cracked pepper and savoury complexity, balanced by freshness and fine structure.

Domaine Olga Raffault Les Picasses Chinon 2020 - Cconcentrated and mineral Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley. Generous, ripe tannins, black fruits and some complexity from bottle age.

Château Monconseil-Gazin Blaye Blanc Prestige 2023 – A refined Bordeaux Blanc with citrus, white peach and gentle texture, balanced by lively acidity.

Sybille Kuntz Orange Riesling Trocken 2021 - Riesling with a delicate orange hue from gentle skin contact. This is still clearly classic Riesling, but with a touch of spice and grip.

Chamlija Albarino 2024 – Crisp acidity, refreshing minerality and clean dry finish. It is both lively and elegant- the perfect summer white wine.
