A refined vintage Cava made using traditional methods from a single estate in the Penedès region. Crafted from hand-harvested Xarel·lo and Macabeu grapes, it is aged for over 60 months on its lees, resulting in remarkable complexity and finesse. Bone dry and beautifully balanced, it offers delicate citrus and stone fruit notes with hints of toasted almond and brioche. A superbly elegant sparkling wine with a long, mineral finish.
