A dazzling ruby red wine with flashes of garnet, this blend of Negroamaro and Black Malvasia delights the senses with its spicy aroma of vanilla, cloves, ripe red fruits and plum jam. The palate is soft yet intense, with smooth tannins and a lingering finish.
This wine pairs perfectly with flavourful dishes such as carpaccio, grilled meat, hard cheese and savoury pasta. To enjoy it at its best, serve it at 16-18°C and decant it for 10 minutes before pouring.
