This crisp, dry Sauvignon has lovely aromatics with an intense grassy-lemon nose, a supple palate and delicate flavours of gooseberry with subtle touches of green apple, kiwi, passion fruit and pineapple to delight the palate and engage the senses. It is well-balanced with a long, pleasing finish.

The obvious accompaniment to asparagus with hollandaise but should be tried with goats cheese and works well with tuna dishes.

Domaine Bellevue is located in Noyers-sur-Cher. Four generations have succeeded one another on the estate. Patrick Vauvy, who settled in 1985, developed direct sales and focused on quality.
