Unoaked Chardonnay from limestone soils between Robertson and Bonnievale. The Limestone soils give this wine a brilliantly defined minerality, supported by white stone fruit and yellow citrus, the palate has great texture and tension with a layer of honeyed apples and an elegant cereal note on the palate. Smoky hints and herby nuances add intrigue. Pairs fantastically with grilled seafood.
