It's fully mature and has intense waves of different flavours like summery floral fragrance, luscious candied fruit, toasted almonds and smoke. Chateau Montifaud

The Château de Montifaud was founded by Augustin Vallet in 1830. The estate has remained in the same family for six generations and the current custodian is Laurent Vallet. Château de Montifaud Cognac boasts 125 hectares of vineyards located in both the Grande and Petite Champagne growing regions. They produce a high quality range of cognacs, including various vintages from years that have had an exceptional harvest.
