An artisanal mezcal from Los Danzantes distillery in Oaxaca, made with farm-grown agave that is ground using a horse-drawn tahona and fermented in pine tubs. After distillation, 66% of the mezcal is matured in French oak casks and the remaining 33% is aged in American white oak casks, adding layers of oak spice and caramel to the herbal, smoky spirit.
