This wine comes from old vines that are over 60 years old and have developed rich and complex flavours. The wine was aged on its lees for five months to enhance its texture and character. It has a bright, straw-yellow colour with hints of green and a bouquet of fresh herbs, flowers and fruits. It tastes crisp and balanced with a lively acidity and a long finish.
