The excellent FEW Bourbon is packed with layers of toffee, clove, vanilla, and warming spice. This craft spirit is presented in an elegant bottle featuring a label that celebrates local heritage, depicting a scene from the 1892 Chicago World’s Fair. A vibrant whiskey, full of character.
FEW Spirits is based in Evanston, Illinois, a city historically known for its strong support of Prohibition, which lasted for over a century. The distillery’s name is an ironic nod to Frances Elizabeth Willard, a prominent figure in the Temperance Movement.
Rich and spicy, with prominent aromas of cloves, vanilla, and caramel. On the palate it's sweet and flavourful, offering notes of toffee and caramel alongside spiced hints of cardamom and clove. Long finish, with warming spices carrying through to the end. Overall a bold and spicy bourbon, full of complexity and charm.
