This release was distilled at Jura and is an excellent addition to Livingstone’s ground-breaking Macbeth series. It showcases peat smoke alongside notes of vanilla, honey, and a light floral character. The palate is round, with flavours of caramel, toasted almonds, and a hint of fruit. Part of the Macbeth series, this release features Quentin Blake’s illustrations.
