Description

The Domaine Latour-Giraud Cuvee Charles Maxime Meursault 2022 is a delightful white wine from the Meursault region in Burgundy, France. It has a plump, rich, and generous texture with enticing aromas of citrus, lemon, and almonds, complemented by a touch of green olive and dried hay. With every sip, expect to be greeted by flavors of ripe apples, toasted almonds, and lemon confit. The wine is fermented and matured in barrel, around 1/3 of which are new, for a period of 15-16 months. A true representation of Meursault’s character, the wine offers elegance and finesse with a subtle hint of minerals and beautiful acidity.

Domaine Latour-Giraud

Domaine Latour-Giraud is located in Meursault, in Burgundy's most sought-after region, the Côte de Beaune region of fine white wines. It specialises in white wines, which represent 85% of its production. The history of Domaine Latour-Giraud spans three centuries and dates back to the end of the 17th century. Today, the Domaine is managed by Jean-Pierre Latour, who oversees wine production, vinification, ageing and marketing; he is assisted in his work by his wife Christine, who handles the administrative side.
