"Certified organic. 70% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier. Four months in barrel. Nectarines singing on the nose with a kind of white light to the fruit in the mouth. Almost blindingly brilliant and pure underpinned by a channel of crushed sea-water-wet rocks and shells. Cobnuts-and-scones of Grenache Blanc lightly brushed over stone-fruit sweetness and citrus-pith bitterness of Viognier. The oak has already almost vanished into the wine, leaving nothing more than a trace of cedar and green cardamom. Mouth-watering saltiness that builds on the finish.
